With EPS & Floating Driving
We trust EPS(Electronic Power Steering) system is essential to such a heavy duty counter balance stacker to ensure smooth steering and efficient work. EPS increases assistance at higher speeds for better stability and safety and provides improved energy efficiency, precise control, reduced maintenance. Meanwhile a floating driving structure with EPS is indispensable to achieve good driving performance, especially when it runs into tough conditions like uneven floor at full speed. Thanks to this combination, this stacker reaches good obstacles performance.

Robust H Profile Mast
H mast typically offers better visibility for the operator compared to C mast, and it provides greater stability due to their structural design, ensuring better control and balance, particularly when handling heavy or bulky loads. The horizontal crossbar of the H mast adds rigidity and reduces flexing during lifting and lowering operations. Moreover, H mast can accommodate a wider range of attachments, such as side shifter, fork positioner, or clamps etc, offering versatility in load handling capabilities.

Heavy Duty Mn Steel Frame
Mn steel has excellent tensile strength, making it highly resistant to impact and deformation. The toughness helps protect the operator and ensures the longevity of the frame under demanding working conditions. By utilizing a rugged Mn steel frame, we can ensure superior strength and durability to withstand heavy loads, shocks, and vibrations. Mn steel with 8-16mm thickness exhibits excellent toughness, which means it can absorb energy without fracturing or breaking.

Speed Control After Lifting
The center of gravity of the stacker shifts upwards after lifting. And lifting a load can cause it to sway or swing due to inertia and momentum. This change can affect the overall stability of the stacker, especially at high speed. That’s why our stacker features a function that it will automatically slow down after lifting up to 1.5M. By implementing speed control after lifting, the operators can maintain stability, reduce load sway, improve visibility, ensure smooth transitions, and enhance braking performance.
